The new "Don't Almost Give" public service ads from The Ad Council are extraordinarily powerful: "Almost giving happens when good thought and intentions don't turn into actions." In this "Homeless Man" PSA, for example, the message is simple but compelling: "This is Jack Thomas. Today, someone almost brought him something to eat. Someone almost drove him to the shelter. And someone else almost brought him a warm blanket. Oh, and Jack Thomas? Well, he almost made it through the night."
